Clifton Park Holly Hill is a neighborhood geared heavily towards families.  Besides having an array of two, three and four bedroom homes to choose from, the community is right in between Hollyland Park and the Sunnyland Recreation Area to the north and south respectively.  Additionally the Clifton Park homes are not too far from the riverfront or Mason Avenue.  This latter aspect makes it very easy to cross over the Indian River and visit the eastern beachfront if so desired.
