Fairglen Holly Hill is a neighborhood located almost equidistant from the Sunnyland Recreation Area to the east and Derbyshire Recreational Area to the west.  Because of the position of Holly Hill, the Fairglen homes are very close to the riverfront and the beaches which lie just a bit further across the water to the east.  On top of the many recreational and shopping areas Fairglen is also near Bethune Cookman College, reinforcing its status as a family skewed neighborhood.  As for Fairglen real estate, look for three bedroom homes with two car garages and more.
