Within Ormond Beach not too far from Holly Hill and the North Peninsula State Park is Avalon by the Sea Ormond by the Sea.  Like the rest of the residences within Ormond by the Sea the Avalon by the Sea homes are generally single family which as you might assume are built with families in mind.  Just west of Avalon by the Sea is the Tomoka Basin while the oceanfront lies to the east.  Both bodies of water are close enough that you could walk to either one if you wanted to so you can expect to have to drive very little if you’re looking to enjoy some boating.  All of these qualities make Avalon by the Sea real estate a very fine choice.
