The neighborhoods in the island-like city of Ormond by the Sea are generally named after the street on which they reside which often leads to some intriguing titles.  Such is the case with Silk Oaks Ormond by the Sea.  A collection of single family homes, the neighborhood does indeed have green oak trees but its biggest selling point is the irresistible location.  With direct eastward access to the beach and the ocean, there is no reason why you shouldn’t choose one of the Silk Oaks homes.  If Silk Oaks real estate sounds appealing expect to see two bedroom residences up for sale and ready for move in.
