The interestingly named Starboard Light Ormond by the Sea neighborhood is a collection of contemporarily designed single family homes positioned on a street known as Mariners Drive.  This street lies east of John Anderson Drive which is right across from the beach and the waterfront, ensuring that the Starboard Light homes are always close to the water.  Also, since Mariners Drive does not extend all the way to Oceanshore Boulevard on the other side, choosing Starboard Light real estate such as one of its three bedroom homes for example gives you better privacy.
