Sunnydale Wilbur by the Sea is a collection of waterfront homes just south of Dunlawton Boulevard and the neighboring community of Halifax Estates.  Despite being classified as being in Wilbur by the Sea, the Sunnydale homes belong to the city of Port Orange which offers a treasure trove of activities from golfing to sunbathing and shopping.  Another distinction of Sunnydale real estate is that it offers both homes located by the waterfront as well as slightly more inland properties that allow you a bit more privacy but are within walking distance to the sunny coastline.
